Meet the Team

The Buying Program Growth and Acceleration team is at the forefront of transforming how Cisco delivers value to customers, partners, and sales teams. This multifaceted group designs best-in-class buying programs that drive recurring revenue growth and streamline customer experiences.

As a critical force behind Cisco's growth strategy, this team is responsible for defining program requirements, driving offer development, and ensuring scalability across Cisco's global ecosystem. Working in a fast-paced, agile environment, the team collaborates with a diverse network of partners — including Business Entity leaders, corporate offer teams, product managers, sales teams, partners, and customers.

At the heart of this team's mission is a dedication to innovation, simplicity, and operational excellence. We develop buying programs that reflect Cisco's highest standards. Joining this team means becoming part of a global effort to redefine how Cisco creates and delivers unparalleled value across all routes to market.

Your Impact

You will serve as a senior leader driving the Strategy and Design of Cisco's Buying Programs, directly aligned to our FY27 priorities of EA Lifecycle Simplification, Business Models Enablement, and Unification Scaling. You will bridge business strategy and operational execution, shaping how Cisco's offers reach customers and partners at scale.

In this role, you will:

  • Assess End to End workflow and drive optimization to enable AI workflow strategy and agentic enablement — define end-to-end use cases for agentic AI workflows across pre- and post-sale motions, reducing friction in the EA buying journey for Sales, Partners and Operations teams.
  • Own business requirements documentation — author and govern comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that translate buying program strategy into actionable specifications for product management teams.
  • Enable scalable buying program business capabilities — assess and define the requirements for how customers purchase Cisco's AI solutions through Enterprise Agreements (EAs)
  • Drive business model innovation — partner with cross-functional teams to enable new and emerging business models
  • Govern strategic roadmap and investment priorities — lead value-based prioritization of the roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with long-term vision and corporate strategy; advise executive sponsors on strategic and operational opportunities.
  • Scale operations and data-driven insights — develop and continuously evolve standard operating processes; leverage data journey insights to close consumption gaps and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities through Partner Led expansion motions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in product management or business consulting, with a proven track record of delivering successful solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing AI use cases that drive measurable business outcomes, such as efficiency improvements and customer satisfaction enhancements.
  • Proficient in quote-to-cash processes, including experience optimizing or running workflows, systems, and integrations related to quoting, ordering, billing, and revenue recognition.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with "As A Service" business models, including crafting, implementing, or managing subscription-based offerings, recurring revenue streams, or solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience (CX), IT, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to back recommendations with data-driven insights.
