At DXC Spain we are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to join our great team of ServiceNow.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, including significant architecture leadership responsibilities.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformations.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep expertise across ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, governance, and roadmap planning.
- Experience working with C-level stakeholders in complex organizations.
- C1 English skills, written & spoken.
Tasks:
- Define and govern enterprise ServiceNow architecture and platform strategy.
- Partner with business and IT leadership to align technology roadmaps with organizational objectives.
- Lead solution design across ServiceNow domains, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable outcomes.
- Act as the architectural authority for major transformation initiatives and strategic platform decisions.
- Drive governance, standards, and best practices across implementations and operational teams.
- Engage senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor, translating business vision into technology outcomes.
