What’s on offer?

We’re looking for a Traffic Manager to join our Eastern Region Construction (ERC) business in NSW and support the successful delivery of a major Western Sydney Project.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of traffic management operations across a diverse road network. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring all traffic management activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with contractual, regulatory and client requirements while supporting project performance, stakeholder relationships and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll do?

• Leading the planning, implementation and performance of traffic management activities across the project.

• Ensuring compliance with traffic, safety, quality and environmental requirements, standards and legislation.

• Managing stakeholder relationships with clients, road authorities, subcontractors and key project partners.

• Reviewing and approving traffic management documentation permits and traffic control plans to support project delivery.

• Monitoring traffic operations, project costs and performance while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
   

How you’ll connect to the role?

We're looking for an experienced traffic management professional with a strong background delivering traffic management solutions across complex road, civil construction or infrastructure projects. You will have demonstrated experience managing traffic operations, compliance requirements and stakeholder relationships while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and project performance.

You are a confident leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and managing competing priorities in a dynamic operational environment. With a proactive approach and commercial awareness, you will be comfortable leading teams, managing project costs and identifying opportunities to improve project outcomes.
