We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduling Specialist! You'll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments for our patients. Job Specifics:

• 0.8 FTE (32 hours weekly)

• Shift: Monday-Friday, hours between 7am-5pm, one day off each week

• Location: On-site in La Crosse, remote eligible after training

• Department: Gastroenterology Clinic & Lab

What's Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication skills and attention to details

• Scheduling/coordinating background and medical terminology is a bonus!
