Position Summary
The Sr. Program Manager, Asset Lifecycle is a high-visibility individual contributor within Service Operations who functions as the internal expert on product lifecycle management. This person will build the analytical models, strategic frameworks, and cross-functional alignments needed to proactively manage when, why, and how assets are refreshed — moving Quench from a reactive swap posture to a planned, data-driven refresh model.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Lifecycle Strategy & Planning
- Define long-range product refresh strategy and cohort-level targets
- Establish prioritization frameworks (age, churn risk, service cost)
- Translate strategy into annual deployment and Capex plans
- Align lifecycle strategy with financial planning cycles
2. Capex Strategy, Modeling & ROI Governance
- Build and maintain ROI models linking swaps to churn avoidance and cost savings
- Partner with Finance to support capital planning and allocation decisions
- Quantify trade-offs and inform executive decision-making
- Track realized vs. expected return on asset refresh investments
3. Lifecycle Analytics (Churn & Service Cost)
- Quantify relationships between asset age, churn propensity, and service cost
- Develop segmentation models to identify at-risk accounts
- Establish data-driven thresholds where replacement outperforms repair
- Partner with CX and Customer Care to inform retention strategies
4. Proactive Swap Program Design & Execution
- Design and scale proactive asset refresh programs beyond organic swap rates
- Define targeting logic, eligibility criteria, and operational workflows
- Partner with Care, Field Service and Scheduling to execute programs
- Develop customer communication strategies with Marketing
5. Cross-Functional Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead alignment across Service Ops, Finance, Sales, Product, and Supply Chain
- Establish KPI framework and performance reporting cadence
- Build dashboards and executive reporting for SLT visibility
- Monitor performance vs. plan and drive corrective actions
