Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of the Creative Studio AI Enablement roadmap, including pilots, adoption activities, workflow integration, and reporting.
- Partner across Creative, Operations, IT, Marketing, Events, Procurement, and vendors to align tools, priorities, and delivery needs.
- Embed AI into creative workflows for design, video, content, presentations, production, and merchandise outputs.
- Develop and maintain practical enablement resources, including templates, prompt libraries, training materials, and reusable examples.
- Drive adoption and change management by supporting teams, collecting feedback, and promoting responsible experimentation.
- Ensure AI usage follows approved governance, compliance, data/privacy, brand, and IP guidelines.
- Manage and optimize the employee merchandise online store, including product catalog coordination, storefront content, fulfillment workflows, vendor alignment, and performance insights.
- Track adoption, efficiency, quality, and store performance metrics; translate insights into workflow and improvements.
Qualifications
Required
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in creative operations, digital production, marketing, AI enablement, or related field.
- Experience with AI-enabled creative workflows, prompt development, automation, or digital content production.
- Strong understanding of creative production processes and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Excellent organization, communication, and change management skills.
Preferred Experience
- AI enablement, transformation, innovation, or responsible AI governance experience.
- Experience building training resources, playbooks, or enablement programs.
- Experience with merchandise, digital storefront, e-commerce, or vendor-managed fulfillment operations.
- Experience working in a Creative Studio, agency, Center of Excellence, or global/distributed team environment.
Success in This Role
- AI is embedded into daily Studio workflows and adopted by creative and operations teams.
- Teams demonstrate stronger AI fluency, improved efficiency, and consistent responsible AI practices.
- The merchandise store is brand-aligned, operationally efficient, and supported by scalable creative workflows.
