Description
Key Responsibilities
- You will coordinate workshops, onboarding sessions, and client events, ensuring scheduling, logistics, and preparation are managed effectively.
- You will manage delivery timelines and milestones across accounts, tracking commitments and ensuring actions are completed.
- You will act as a central point of coordination between clients and internal teams, aligning inputs from Research, Product, and Delivery teams.
- You will identify new users within client organisations and coordinate product demos (e.g. EOS) to support onboarding and drive product adoption.
- You will maintain regular contact with client stakeholders related to delivery, onboarding, and usage.
- You will prepare contracts for up- and cross-sell opportunities with our clients
- You will track delivery progress, actions, and account activity, ensuring visibility of key milestones and outcomes.
- You will maintain accurate CRM records to support activity tracking and reporting.
- You will prepare reporting packs and support service reviews.

- Fluent in English.
- Ideally, customer service or customer success experience
- Ideally, experience with Salesforce or another CRM system
- Previous professional exposure to energy economics, power markets and power network
- Fluency in a major European language beyond English is a plus
