## Clinical Supervisor Job Overview
Healthcare Recruiters International is recruiting an experienced Clinical Supervisor for a mission-driven community behavioral health organization in Naples, Florida.
This position is ideal for a Florida-licensed LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT who is ready to grow as a clinical leader while continuing to make a meaningful difference in the community. The Clinical Supervisor will lead and develop a multidisciplinary team serving children, adolescents, young adults, and families.
The position combines clinical leadership with a small direct-service caseload. Responsibilities include supervising clinicians, reviewing treatment documentation, supporting program development, monitoring clinical quality, and helping the team deliver effective, evidence-based behavioral health services.
## Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership to licensed and unlicensed behavioral health professionals
- Coach, mentor, and develop members of a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Promote high-quality, evidence-based services for children, adolescents, young adults, and families
- Review assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress, clinical outcomes, productivity, and documentation standards
- Maintain a small clinical caseload
- Support program development and continuous quality-improvement initiatives
- Help ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and organizational requirements
- Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retaining clinical staff
- Conduct performance coaching and support ongoing professional development
- Collaborate with agency leaders, families, and community partners
- Help foster a supportive, accountable, and client-centered team culture
## Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Florida license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or another qualifying independent clinical license
- Previous clinical supervision or behavioral health leadership experience
- Experience providing behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in community mental health or community behavioral health
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Knowledge of behavioral health regulations, documentation requirements, and clinical best practices
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
