Our client is a Family Recreation Company based in Bali.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• Previous experience as Chief Security or similar leadership role
• Experience in family recreation companies or hotels
• Professional security certification is a must
• Strong security operations background
• Knowledge of security standards and procedures
• Strong leadership, team management, and training skills
• Good understanding of local laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong report writing and incident management skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
• Dynamic, energetic, and hands on
• Able to work independently
• Calm and decisive under pressure
• Strong problem solving skills
• Good English, spoken and written
• Computer literate
• Flexible
• Positive attitude
