You are applying for the People & Culture Generalist position (Maternity leave replacement, fixed-term contract📆). This role is based at the Coca-Cola Production Plant, located in San Bernardo 📍
Job Summary
Provides a broad range of P&C transactional support to managers and employees and provides first-line problem resolution. Support is given to existing employees' requests, Payroll and Compensation Management, Training & Development program, Hiring and Onboarding process, and Terminations. Workday support related to employees´ hiring, promotions, lateral moves, terminations, among others.
Key duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for P&C transactional partnership and support, advising employees and managers in areas related to:
Responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and communicating programs that align rewards with organizational goals. Activities and programs include:
- Local Payroll management
- Job description and job evaluation systems updates
- Rewards and Recognition programs aligned to the company strategy and purpose.
- Employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement, insurance, well-being and other local programs.
- Employee well-being, including employee assistance programs
- Functional consulting expertise to line management and the People & Culture Director
- Mobility policies, programs, and guidelines
Manages and implements different types of transactional processes and programs, including:
- P&C employment issues related to hiring, termination, contracts, retirement, etc.
- Employee records maintenance pertaining to employment, benefits, compensation, leaves of absence, retirement, etc.
- Management and design of P&C Information Systems and interfaces & vendor selection and management
- Management of employee queries
- Statistical reporting to internal management and external agencies/authorities.
- Process design and management across all P&C disciplines
Organizational Capabilities:
- Work in collaboration with the Operational Excellence area to coordinate the Recognition Program.
- Implement and coordinate the Company´s Benefit Program and initiatives together with the P&C Director.
- Follow up and suggest proactive initiatives regarding the results received from environment surveys (Pulse Survey, Culture & Growth Engagement survey).
- Coordinate the Performance Enablement Program, Training & Development Program, Talent Development, and Young Professional Program.
- Coordinate the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Training and Development:
- Leads and implements Nvolve platform to ensure a strong versatility matrix for each area within CPS Chile.
- Coordinate all the training and development activities for each area according to TCCQS requirements.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of the training sessions.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
1. At least 5 years of previous work experience.
2. Previous experience in Human Resources is desirable in Manufacturing industries or similar.
3. Education: A university degree is required, with further studies in human resources and digitalization.
4. Knowledge of labor relations and relations with trade unions
