We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to join our Home Lending Product team. You’ll ensure products, policies, and processes are safe, compliant, and fit for purpose, while delivering strong customer and commercial outcomes.
As a subject matter expert in product and risk, you’ll drive performance, identify emerging issues, and lead product remediation activities to strengthen our control environment and long-term product sustainability.

What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
- Drive product performance by monitoring metrics and ensuring products remain fit for purpose.
- Identify emerging risks and lead actions to strengthen the control environment.
- Lead remediation activity to resolve issues and deliver positive customer outcomes.
- Review and enhance product processes to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness.
- Lead and develop the team, building capability and a strong, values-led culture.
