Job Details
Tasks include but not limited to the following:
- Facilitate preparation and payment of monthly government premiums and loans
- Administer both UPS and Government mandated benefits
- Prepares and submit both internal and external reportorial requirements and compliances
- Administer pre-confirmation packets and regularization letters
- Address employee concern, queries and requests
- Work with Management to ensure implementation of company policies
- Attend to other task that may be assigned related to HR Services
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s/College Degree as minimum requirement
- Knowledgeable in navigating benefits-related government platforms
- Strong background in building networks and connections
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
- Knowledgeable in Workday process is a plus
- Highly organized individual, Resourceful, creative and innovative
