The Supervisor Manufacturing Operations will manage activities of a team to achieve production goals i.e., test starts, ship outs, productivity, quality, yield, cycle time and OEE while ensuring effective utilization of resources to meet customer requirements.

Key Qualification:

• Solid working knowledge and leadership experience in a  manufacturing setting.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
   

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or management
• At least six  (6) years experience in test semicon manufacturing with three (3) years directly related and progressive supervisory experience
• Total Quality Management experience or Six Sigma certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
