Responsibilities:

• As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a delightful dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
• Connecting with guests, showing gracious hospitality, and choregraphing an exceptional dining experience.
•  Providing recommendations based on guest preferences and thorough knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings.
• Anticipating guests' needs and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the dining experience. We are about building relationships above a transactional experience.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless timing and accurate service.
• Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with genuine care and professionalism.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a server in a high-end dining or upscale restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of elevated cuisine and a passion for delivering authentic hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
