Overview
Oakmont Family Dental is seeking an experienced, motivated Front Office Manager to lead our front office team and help create an exceptional patient experience. We are a growing practice with a strong support system, beautiful modern offices, and a team that truly values communication, accountability, and culture.
We’re seeking a leader who is hands-on, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Schedule:Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Lead and support the front office team
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and daily office operations
- Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
- Train and coach team members to maintain office standards
- Ensure systems and processes are followed consistently
- Assist with front desk duties and daily operational tasks as needed
- Help foster a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous dental front office experience required
- Leadership and training experience required
- Strong scheduling and customer service background
- Comfortable handling phones and patient communication
- Dental software experience required
- Open Dental experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (not required)
- Must be willing to actively work alongside the team, not just manage from a distance
