The Role
Comply is looking for a polished, passionate, and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team and take our highly-rated customer support services to the next level! In this role, you will be responsible for acting as a liaison between Technical Support and Product Teams to advocate our client’s needs, managing client account activation implementations to meet deadlines, and gathering customer feedback to improve processes. Our ideal candidate is patient with investigating and troubleshooting to effectively resolve issues, has a “How Can I Help” mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on providing an exceptional customer support experience.
