Bartender

Spice Lounge Food Works Ltd. invites applications for the role of Bartender for one of our Brands- Buffalo Wild Wings. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to clients, interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinks. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization within the bar area.ResponsibilitiesMix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks for customers.Warmly welcome customers, offer recommendations if needed, receive orders, and serve meals and drinks.Check customers’ ID and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.Maintain cleanliness in the bar area and wash glassware after use.Monitor and manage bar inventory and order supplies as needed.Maintain a friendly and engaging demeanor towards guests, addressing any complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.Comply with all food and beverage regulations, maintaining safety and sanitation standards.QualificationsPrevious work experience as a Bartender or in a similar role in hospitality.Bartending training certification will be a strong plus.Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.Knowledge of a second language is advantageous.Good understanding of the alcohol laws and regulations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Available to work on flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Ability to multitask and manage stressful situations is essential.BenefitsWorking as a Bartender at Spice Lounge Foodworks Ltd. gives you the opportunity to build a career in the thriving hospitality industry.
