We’re hiring a UI/UX Designer to create website wireframes, high-fidelity UI, brand identity (logo + guidelines), marketing emails, social graphics, and ad creatives. Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud required. eCommerce experience is a strong plus. Portfolio required (applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed). Full descriptionAbout the roleYou will drive end-to-end UX/UI for landing pages and websites, produce conversion-focused marketing assets, and develop brand identity (logo system, icons, color palette, typography, and a practical brand guidelines PDF). Work spans discovery, wireframes, component-based UI, responsive email modules, social and display ads, and iteration from analytics and stakeholder feedback. Key responsibilitiesTranslate requirements into site maps, user flows, low-fi wireframes, and hi-fi UI in FigmaDesign responsive web and landing pages; prepare developer-ready specs (spacing, states, assets)Create email layouts and modular systems for Klaviyo (mobile-first, image-off, dark-mode aware)Produce social posts and ad variations (1080x1080, 1080x1350, banners) with clear hierarchy and CTAsBrand identity: design/retool logo, define icon set, color system, typography, and deliver a concise brand guidelines document with usage rulesBuild and maintain design systems (components, variants, tokens) and tidy filesRun quick prototypes/tests, incorporate feedback, and iterate using performance dataEnsure accessibility best practices (contrast, type scale, focus states, alt-text guidance)Requirements3+ years in UI/UX or Product/Marketing Design with shipped web and marketing workExpert Figma (auto-layout, components/variants, prototyping, dev handoff)Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency (Illustrator for logos/icons, Photoshop for imagery; InDesign for guidelines/templates as needed)Strong visual and UX fundamentals: layout, hierarchy, typography, interaction patternsExperience designing responsive emails and understanding HTML email constraintsAbility to turn analytics and user feedback into actionable design changesExcellent written EnglishNice to haveeCommerce experience (Shopify, Webflow, or similar)Familiarity with Klaviyo or another ESP for modular email systemsBasic knowledge of GA4, Hotjar/Clarity, or A/B testing toolsLight motion skills for micro-interactions or socialTools you’ll useFigma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Google Workspace, Klaviyo (or other ESPs), and optionally Webflow/Shopify for handoff.
