Local Education are currently recruiting for an Art Teacher to support a secondary school in Essex from Easter 2026 on a temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and enthusiastic teacher looking to work within a supportive department and inspire students through Art and design.

 

The Role

• Teaching Art across KS3 and KS4

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons

• Encouraging creativity and student expression

• Supporting students in developing artistic techniques

 

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching Art in secondary schools

• Passion for creativity and student engagement

• Strong classroom management skills
