• Connect with homeowners through retail locations and personal outreach
• Explain how solar works and how it can reduce energy costs
• Generate qualified appointments or close self-generated sales
• Build relationships with homeowners and retail partners
• Represent Solar Pros in a professional and positive way
Ideal Candidates
• Driven and goal-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Sales experience is helpful but not required
