Description

Are you ready to build something meaningful from the ground up?

We’re seeking a Medical Director Veterinarian to lead the reopening of a veterinary hospital in the Las Vegas Valley. This is a rare opportunity to shape the culture, mentor a brand-new team, and design the medical standards of a revitalized hospital while partnering with a growing veterinary organization that truly values collaboration, innovation, and work-life balance.

This role is ideal for a veterinarian who is passionate about high-quality medicine, team leadership, and creating an exceptional client and patient experience.

Sign-on and/or relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.

About Us

Our mission has been simple: help as many pets as possible while supporting the veterinarians and teams who care for them.

We’ve grown into a network of veterinary hospitals across the Las Vegas Valley, and we continue to expand thoughtfully while staying focused on what matters most: great medicine, empowered teams, and exceptional patient care.

We recognize the challenges facing veterinary professionals today, which is why we actively collaborate with our teams to refine workflows, update systems, and ensure our veterinarians have the time, tools, and support needed to practice medicine the right way.

This reopening represents an exciting opportunity to create a fresh start with a new team, a strong culture, and a shared vision for the future of the hospital.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

As Medical Director, you won’t just manage a hospital, you’ll help build it.

You’ll play a key role in:

  • Establishing the medical standards and protocols
  • Recruiting and mentoring a new veterinary team
  • Creating a positive, collaborative hospital culture
  • Delivering exceptional care to the local community

Because we’re growing, our veterinarians also have opportunities to expand their careers in meaningful ways, including potential advancement into Regional Medical Director leadership roles for those interested in broader impact.

  • Highly Competitive Compensation Package
  • Sign-on and/or Relocation Assistance considered
  • Work-Life Balance with Generous PTO
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • Annual CE & Licensing Stipend
