TEST ANALYST (INTERNET BANKING, MOBILE BANKING)

Analyst (L5) | Reports to: Manual Lead / Architect

• An entry-to-mid level test analyst executing manual tests on Tier 2-3 banking applications. You will be dedicated full-time to SAIB systems, focusing on test execution, regression suite maintenance, and defect logging.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual tests on assigned Tier 2-3 banking applications
• Maintain the regression suite for assigned applications under Senior IC guidance
• Log defects with appropriate evidence and reproduction steps
• Support test case maintenance across assigned applications
• Participate in test case peer-review as a recipient
• Support flex Test Analysts during peak release weeks

Essential Skills Required

• 2+ years in software testing
• ISTQB Foundation certification
• Manual test execution skills
• Proficiency with test management tools (Jira, Zephyr, Xray)
• Defect management skills with clear evidence logging
• Basic SQL for data verification
• Bachelor's degree in any technical field

Desirable Skills

• Banking or financial services domain experience
• Familiarity with digital banking channels (internet banking, mobile)
• Experience in a structured regression testing programme
• Working knowledge of test case design techniques
