Control Automation Team automates manual controls through data driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniques in collaboration with Business, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk and Control and Technology.
Control automation team helps organization in automation of manual controls through data driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniques. This team work with business for audit, by Identifying cases on control gaps, policy breaches and providing data evidence for audit completion.
Responsibilities include
- Develop and maintain project management trackers and provide regular updates to managers, senior leadership team and stakeholders.
- Run project committee meetings ensuring all stakeholders are well informed of active projects and project prioritizations are aligned with company and department strategies.
- Identify program requirements, activities and manage implementation of projects as assigned, working with appropriate cross-functional teams to execute.
- Responsible for working within a team of project/program managers. Ability to manage, track and coordinate multiple projects and resource planning.
- Responsible for maintaining business financials for the team.
- Develop executive level presentations and communications for internal stakeholders.
- Provide expertise and guidance related to program management processes and policies, and work with the program management team, and other department leaders to define, prioritize, and execute projects and programs.
- Coordinate, track and monitor progress made on organizational and business goals.
We are looking for people who have
- Exposure in project management in large scale projects. Ex: Large IT projects, Remediation projects
- Knowledge and experience in any of the PMO tools like JIRA, Confluence, PMP, MS Project etc.
- Well versed with project management and issue management, and process documentation and maintenance
- Awareness of SDLC processes.
- Strong coordination skills with ability to interact and get work done within the team / functional teams like technology, business/product, finance, analytics teams etc.
- Adept in managing very Senior / Executive Leaders at global and regional level
- Flexibility to work across different geographic time zones (APAC, NAM and MX).
- Deck creation and presentation skills for any Business meetings. Hands on and strong knowledge in Jira, Confluence, MS Office tools like Power point, Excel is preferred.
- Understanding of banking domain / metrics will be preferred.
- Good understanding of technology / Project management and Issue management processes will be added advantage.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to communicate assertively whenever needed.
Tools and Platforms
- Proficient in Jira , Confluence, MS Office tools like PPT, Excel, etc.
- Project management tools like PMP, MS Project, etc.
Domain Skills
Good understanding of below will be added advantage:
- IT Project management
- Banking domain (Cards, Deposit, Loans, Mortgage, Branded cards ,Wealth management)
- Audit Framework
- Risk & controls
Soft Skills
- Should have excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Ability to develop strong rapport with multiple stakeholders.
- Knack to develop and manage trackers effectively.
- A strong team player.
- Proactive approach in solving problems and eye for details.
Educational and Experience:
- MBA / Master degree in Information Technology / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute. BTech / B.E in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications
- (Preferred) Post Graduate in – Computer Science, Management Science and related fields
- 10+ years of hands on experience in project/stakeholder management. Good understanding of some of the processes like MIS, data management with at least 2 -3 years of experience in Banking Industry.
