Job Description

As a Security Officer EMT Patrol Driver in Fairless Hills, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, offering the opportunity to support daily operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity while making a meaningful impact every shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify potential hazards, unauthorized activity, and other security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations, maintenance issues, and/or suspicious behavior according to site protocols.
• Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and assisting with security-related requests while working in indoor and/or outdoor environments that may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• EMT certification is required.
• Previous firefighting experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
