Buddy Isles Collision is looking for a highly skilled, experienced Collision “A” Technician to join our family-oriented, community-driven shop. If you have 8+ years of Structural Analysis & Damage Repair experience and take pride in your craftsmanship, we want you on our team!

Your Role as a Collision “A” Technician:
- Disassemble & reassemble vehicle components and assemblies.
- Remove, install & align welded-on & bolted-on parts.
- Perform MIG & STRSW welding.
- Repair steel sheet metal, plastic & composite components.
- Prepare all repair areas for refinishing procedures.
- Identify & communicate secondary damage for approvals.
- Conduct test drives & diagnostic testing.
- Perform quality inspections before delivering vehicles to customers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist other technicians & follow all shop policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in structural repair & collision work.
- Strong mechanical aptitude & troubleshooting skills.
- Skilled in MIG & STRSW welding, frame repair, & lift operation.
- Detail-oriented & efficient in time management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid Driver’s License Required.
- I-CAR Certifications Preferred.
