Overview
The Safety Manager promotes a safe and healthy work environment by improving Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) systems to reduce incidents and ensure regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include conducting safety assessments of construction projects, collaborating on safety policies, identifying injury prevention opportunities, developing safety plans, investigating incidents, and conducting safety training. This position works directly with project-level functional leads to integrate safety requirements. The role requires experience in large commercial construction settings with knowledge of injury prevention and compliance regulations. This position is on a 100% stand-alone worksite in Iowa.
