Cleaner Operative

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a vital role focused on maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our facilities. This position is crucial for ensuring a welcoming environment for both staff and customers at Jewson Chesterfield The position is for 5 hrs per week. Tuesdays & Thursdays 2.5hrs per day. Starting times are flexible but preferably mornings. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform cleaning tasks in various areas of the building, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored properly.Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as necessary.RequirementsProven experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Good communication skills and a positive attitude.Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks in a timely manner.Nice to haveKnowledge of cleaning products and equipment.Experience in a customer-facing environment.Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.Contact Rebecca Walton- [email protected]
