Description
The Company
Univeris has been successfully building and modernizing wealth management software for over 30 years. We are the go-to solution for many financial services firms (mutual fund dealers, securities dealers, wealth management firms and insurance companies) that want to stay competitive in an intriguingly digital world. To date, more than 25,000 financial advisors and 1.5 million investors in 12 countries have converted to our platform, with over $450B in Assets Under Administration.
At Univeris, we value talent and ideas. Our employees have the freedom to do things they know would be great and meaningful for our clients and for the company. We are looking for people who are creative, get excited by new opportunities to learn and grow, and feel at home in an organization that supports them.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a senior Engineering Manager to provide leadership across software development teams at Univeris. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, the Engineering Manager is a people-first technical leader -- someone who brings deep engineering experience to the table, exercises strong judgement, and creates the conditions for their teams and Tech Leads to do their best work.
Engineering Managers at Univeris participate actively in analysis and design, code reviews, client and escalation meetings, and internal planning. They drive process improvements, remove blockers, and maintain a clear line of sight into the health and output of their teams at all times. Above all, they are accountable for the people they manage -- their growth, their performance, and their success.
