Production Line Management Engineerは、Fab15のHVM製造ラインにおけるオペレーションを担当し、ラインバランスの維持、スループット最大化、サイクルタイム短縮を目的とした運用管理を行います。製造現場の課題を分析し、改善策を実装することで、安定した生産と顧客納期遵守しMax Outに貢献します。
職務内容
- AI / SQL / Python 等を用いて問題の定期と解析及び解決のsolution提案。
- 製造ラインの稼働状況監視とラインバランス調整
- サイクルタイム、スループット、稼働率などのKPI分析と改善提案
- 生産計画に基づくロットフロー管理、優先度設定(Lot Priority)
- 異常発生時の迅速なトラブルシューティングとリカバリー対応
- DXチームやOMTチームとの連携による自動化・効率化施策の推進
- FabPace改善活動への参画
必須条件
- 半導体製造プロセス、ライン管理、サイクルタイム改善の製造オペレーション知識を持ち、なおかつ3年以上の実務経験がある方
- 問題解決能力:異常時の原因分析と迅速な対応
- コミュニケーション能力:現場オペレーター、DXチームとの協働
- データ分析スキル:Excel、SQLを用いたKPI分析

# Job Summary
The Production Line Management Engineer is responsible for the operation of the high-volume manufacturing (HVM) production line at Fab15. This role focuses on maintaining line balance, maximizing throughput, and reducing cycle time. By analyzing manufacturing issues and implementing improvement measures, the engineer contributes to stable production, ensures on-time delivery to customers, and supports achieving maximum output.
## Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and resolve problems using AI, SQL, Python, and other analytical tools, and propose effective solutions
- Monitor manufacturing line performance and adjust line balance accordingly
- Analyze and improve key performance indicators such as cycle time, throughput, and equipment utilization
- Manage lot flow and set priorities in accordance with the production schedule
- Perform rapid troubleshooting and recovery actions in response to abnormal events
- Collaborate with DX and OMT teams to drive automation and operational efficiency initiatives
- Participate in FabPace improvement activities
## Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing operations, including process knowledge, line management, and cycle time improvement
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and respond quickly to abnormalities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with shop floor operators and DX teams
- Data analysis skills using Excel and SQL for KPI evaluation
## Preferred Qualifications
- Data analysis skills using Excel and SQL
- Basic IT skills, including MES (Manufacturing Execution System) operation, report creation, and use of standard tools
- Knowledge of production scheduling
- English proficiency at a basic conversational level or higher
- Japanese proficiency at a business level (JLPT N2 or equivalent) or higher
