Activities
- Mobilize and sensitize communities through participatory approaches to strengthen ownership and sustainability of Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) interventions.
- Conduct community-entry meetings, awareness sessions, and stakeholder briefings.
- Facilitate and coordinate training sessions and CVA processes.
- Develop Terms of Reference (TORs), training materials, and required logistics and financial documentation for field activities.
- Integrate gender, protection, and faith-based values across all project activities.
- Develop and maintain detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to guide implementation, monitoring, and reporting.

- Lead the implementation of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) systems for CVA interventions.
- Conduct baseline, midline, and end-line assessments in collaboration with MEAL teams.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, gaps, emerging risks, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports within established deadlines.
- Maintain organized project records, including beneficiary lists, training attendance records, market assessments, and impact stories.
- Monitor local market dynamics and recommend adjustments to transfer values when required.

Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Agriculture, rural development and or Development Studies, Business Administration, or related field
Required Professional Experience:
ü Minimum 3 years of experience in humanitarian cash programming, microfinance,
Experience working with community-based organizations and local government
Familiarity with digital registration and cash transfer platforms
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
· Ability to carry out fieldwork in varied terrain and weather conditions
· Willingness to live field locations
· Ability to work in challenging and remote environments.
Language
· Fluent in oral and written Amharic, English and Afan Oromo
· Knowing the local culture and language is mandatory
