Description

JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way.

Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

In this role, you’ll run the sourcing lifecycle from tendering to contract delivery, ensuring every decision meets high standards of compliance and risk management. You’ll work closely with account teams, suppliers, and client stakeholders, building trusted relationships and showing the value you deliver. It’s a great step to grow your procurement career in a dynamic, client-focused, international environment, with real opportunities to influence how we do things.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end sourcing and procurement process for IFM service lines across EMEA, from sourcing strategy and competitive tendering to contract negotiation and savings delivery
  • Support and take part in client meetings and governance forums, building credible, trusted relationships with client and internal stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and contribute to savings targets, tracking and reporting results in procurement platforms (Jaggaer) to demonstrate measurable value
  • Run RFP processes, bid analysis, and supplier recommendations, ensuring compliance with risk management protocols, regulatory requirements, and client governance standards across multiple countries
  • Partner with Account Directors, Regional and Site Facilities Managers, Category Management, and Operations teams to scope services, align resources, and build robust supplier frameworks
  • Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and contractual obligations, and deliver clear monthly and quarterly reporting on sourcing activity, savings, supplier performance, and contract management
  • Escalate risks and complex negotiations to senior sourcing leadership where needed, and learn from their guidance on high-value, high-stakes deals
  • Champion sustainability and diversity & inclusion on your accounts, working with JLL’s Sustainability lead to embed responsible procurement practices

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid grounding in sourcing and procurement within IFM or comparable multi-country service environments
  • Commercial awareness and growing confidence in contract negotiation, savings delivery, and stakeholder management
  • Clear, confident communication, with the credibility to engage senior stakeholders, challenge constructively, and build trust
  • Working knowledge of procurement best practices, compliance frameworks, risk management, and supplier qualification, with an appetite to learn regulatory requirements across EMEA markets
  • Comfort with procurement platforms (Jaggaer/Bravo preferred) and a drive to use technology to improve processes and reporting
  • A collaborative, ownership-driven mindset, able to move between planning and detailed delivery in a matrixed, cross-cultural environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into practical insights and clear business cases
  • A commitment to continuous improvement, sustainability, and innovation, plus curiosity and a willingness to learn

What You Can Expect From Us

  • Competitive Rewards & Benefits: Permanent contract after probationary period, private healthcare, cafeteria system, life insurance, and employee assistance program
  • Flexible Work Environment: Hybrid model in premium Warsaw Spire workspace with state-of-the-art facilities and metro access
  • Career Development & Growth: Robust development opportunities with 80% employee participation in structured programs, AI upskilling, and professional training
  • Stability & Recognition: 78% employee recommendation rate, recognized for 18 consecutive years as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies
  • Inclusive & Supportive Culture: Strong commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion across multiple employee resource groups and initiatives
  • Global Perspective: 60 nationalities and 40 languages represented, offering rich cultural exchange and collaboration opportunities
