Director, Pharmacy & Family Medicine Sales

Myant Health is building a connected healthcare ecosystem that brings screening, prevention and clinical care closer to patients,   at home, in their pharmacy, through their family doctor and within their community. We are looking for a Director, Pharmacy & Family Medicine Sales to build and scale three important access channels across Canada.

This is a hunter role for someone who understands how healthcare networks work and knows how to take a successful program from a pilot to national scale.

The Opportunity

You will develop partnerships with pharmacy organizations, primary-care networks as well as additional channels such as senior-living and home-care organizations.  The goal is simple: make it easier for people to access meaningful health assessment and ongoing care in the places they already visit.

You will take existing programs and partnerships, identify where they can scale, and open new doors across national and regional organizations. You will work with pharmacy leaders, clinical teams, physicians, senior-living operators and healthcare partners to create programs that deliver value for both the organization and the people it serves.

What You'll Own

• Build and execute a national business development strategy.
• Develop relationships with pharmacy chains and healthcare organizations.
• Scale successful pilots into broader commercial programs.
• Build partnerships with family-health and primary-care organizations.
• Develop relationships with senior-living and home-care operators.
• Identify opportunities to integrate Myant Health into existing healthcare workflows.
• Work closely with clinical, product and commercial operations teams to launch and scale programs.
• Develop commercial cases that demonstrate value to partners.
• Build a strong pipeline of new organizations and opportunities.
• Own your number, your relationships and your plan.

What We're Looking For

You have 8–15 years of successful business development experience selling healthcare services, programs or technology into organizations such as:

• Pharmacy
• Primary care
• Diagnostics or laboratory services
• Digital health
• EMR/healthcare technology
• Senior living
• Home care
• Healthcare services

You understand how large healthcare organizations make decisions and how to navigate from an initial conversation to a program that actually gets implemented.  You have experience working with senior decision-makers and clinical stakeholders, and you know that getting the contract signed is only the beginning.
