Senior Marketing Projects & Automation Specialist

Your missions:
To support our continued growth and transformation in Luxembourg, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Projects & Automation Specialist to strengthen our Marketing team.
As a Senior Marketing Projects & Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving marketing transformation initiatives and enhancing customer engagement through data-driven marketing strategies and automation.
You will lead and coordinate marketing projects across multiple stakeholders, while taking ownership of CRM and marketing automation activities. You will help optimize customer journeys, improve campaign performance, and contribute to the deployment and evolution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities.
This position requires a strong project-oriented mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively within a regulated and international environment.
Your most important challenges are as follows:
Marketing Projects & Transformation:
- Lead and coordinate strategic and operational marketing projects.
- Act as a key contributor to the evolution of customer experience and customer engagement/retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with local and international stakeholders to deliver marketing improvements and business initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, tools and workflows across the marketing function.
- Support the implementation of best practices and innovation within the marketing team.
Marketing Automation & CRM:
- Manage and optimize marketing automation campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Design, execute and monitor automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
- Support CRM strategy development and customer segmentation initiatives.
- Ensure data quality and contribute to customer database enrichment.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations based on KPIs and customer insights.
- Work closely with sales, digital and business teams to improve lead management and customer conversion processes.
Reporting & Performance Management:
- Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, customer engagement and marketing performance.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support business decision-making.
- Translate data into clear business recommendations and actionable insights.
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure marketing activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements and data privacy standards.
- Contribute to governance processes related to CRM, customer communications and marketing campaigns.
- Support marketing activities within a regulated financial services environment.
Your profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement roles.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required.
- Experience in a banking, financial services, leasing or other regulated environment is considered a strong asset.
- Experience working within an international and matrix organization is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). Any additional language, particularly German or Luxembourgish, is considered an asset.
- Good understanding of the Luxembourg market and business environment.
- Interest in the automotive, mobility or leasing industry is highly desirable.
