Competitive Rate
- $17.00 to $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Process and maintain resident diet orders and dietary records.
- Update resident meal preferences, allergies, and therapeutic diet information.
- Coordinate with nursing, clinical, and dietary teams regarding diet changes.
- Assist residents with menu selections and meal requests.
- Prepare meal tallies, production reports, and dietary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company dietary regulations.
- Answer departmental phone calls and respond to resident and family inquiries.
- Support dietary service operations and resident satisfaction initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records in electronic health and dietary systems.
- Assist with audits and quality assurance activities as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous healthcare, dietary, food service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets and nutrition terminology is a plus.
- Strong computer, data entry, and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Schedule & Availability
- Full Time Hour
- 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM
- Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
