As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective utilisation of Salesforce to drive operational efficiency and support business growth. You will work closely with production teams, sales enablement, and other stakeholders to optimise Salesforce processes, enhance user adoption, and deliver tailored solutions that align with our strategic goals.
How you'll make an impact
- Salesforce Administration: Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring its functionality, reliability, and alignment with business needs.
- User Support: Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users, including troubleshooting, training, and addressing queries.
- Process Optimisation: Collaborate with production teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement Salesforce solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Customisation: Configure Salesforce to meet the unique needs of the GBS business, including creating custom fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce, including data imports, cleansing, and deduplication.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales enablement and other departments to align Salesforce functionality with broader business objectives.
- Training and Adoption: Develop and deliver training sessions to improve user adoption and ensure teams are leveraging Salesforce effectively.
About you
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for Salesforce and a commitment to driving business success.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) is highly desirable.
- Experience in configuring Salesforce, including workflows, process builders, and custom objects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- A proactive approach to learning and staying updated on Salesforce developments.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.
