What You'll Responsible For:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initial idea and scoping through implementation, stabilization and BAU handover.
- Define project objectives, scope, requirements, timelines, deliverables and success measures.
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and actions.
- Facilitate business requirements gathering and support process and solution design with operational teams, IT and vendors.
- Document and improve current and future-state business processes.
- Coordinate stakeholders and provide clear updates on progress, risks, decisions and next steps.
- Manage project changes and assess their impact on scope, timelines, processes, users and operations.
- Coordinate testing, UAT, training, communications and go-live readiness.
- Oversee post-go-live hyper-care and ensure a structured transition into BAU support.
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, status reporting and governance records.
- Capture lessons learned and identified opportunities for continuous improvement, digitalization and automation.
- Support wider initiatives across Marine Personnel, including digital systems, compliance, assurance, welfare and process improvement.

What you’ll be accountable for
- Delivering projects successfully from initial scoping through go-live and BAU handover.
- Ensuring solutions are implemented, stabilised and accepted by the business.
- Managing project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, changes and stakeholder expectations.
- Keeping sponsors and stakeholders informed with clear and accurate project updates.
- Ensuring operational readiness, documentation, training and support arrangements are in place.
- Driving collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement throughout delivery.
What we’re looking for
- Project management and stakeholder management experience.
- Understanding of change management, testing, implementation and operational readiness.
- Ability to turn business needs into clear requirements and actionable plans.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, structured and comfortable taking ownership.
- Able to work effectively across business teams, IT and external vendors.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally when required.
Location
The position will be based in Kuala Lumpur office located at KL Sentral which is a strategic work location with convenience travelling by Monorail, Rapid Kelana Jaya Line, MRT and KTM services as well as easy to get to go by public transportation.
