Your Role: Caring for Our Residents

As a nurse at Marietta Heights Post Acute, you will:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Collaborate with STNAs, fellow nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and overall well-being.
• Follow facility policies, infection control practices, and applicable state and federal regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Current, valid RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills.
• A compassionate attitude and genuine desire to care for others.
• Dependability, professionalism, and a commitment to teamwork.
• Ability to work the scheduled full-time day shift.
