About the Client
Our client is the premier, full-service residential replacement division of a legendary, pioneering parent company with over a century of industry leadership. Renowned for redefining the home improvement experience, they deliver custom-engineered, energy-efficient window and door solutions directly to homeowners across North America.
What truly sets them apart is their single-source accountability. Unlike competitors who outsource work to third-party contractors, our client owns the entire lifecycle of the customer journey—from the initial design consultation and custom manufacturing to professional installation and robust post-project warranty support
