Service Manager (Automotive)
Location: Goodyear, AZ
Pay Range: $65,000-70,000 annual base, an variable compensatio mplan
We’re hiring a Service Manager to lead our service department in —driving performance, improving workflow, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage technicians, oversee daily operations, and take ownership of service results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily service operations, scheduling, and workflow
- Manage and develop Service Technicians
- Drive key metrics: service revenue, productivity, turnaround time, customer satisfaction
- Partner with Sales and Parts to support operations
- Oversee work orders, billing, and inventory
Systems & Tools
- Work within a Dealer Management System (DMS) (DealerTeam preferred)
- Use Excel and reporting tools to track performance and KPIs
- Maintain accurate scheduling, documentation, and service records
- Strong computer literacy and system discipline are essential for success.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of automotive/service experience
- 2+ years leadership experience managing technicians
- Experience with DMS systems (required)
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
