Delivery of Client Satisfaction
- Manage end-to-end routing operations for employee transportation services across shifts.
- Ensure optimum route planning, route clubbing, and vehicle utilization while maintaining service quality.
- Monitor routing accuracy and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
- Analyze demand patterns and optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
- Manage routing exceptions, ad-hoc requests, and service escalations.
- Coordinate with vendors, scheduling teams, tracking teams, and command center for seamless operations.
- Ensure timely completion of routing activities within defined cut-off timelines.
- Drive continuous process improvements through automation and technology tools.
- Review and validate route splits, capacity utilization, and deployment plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address transport-related concerns and enhance employee experience.
Achieving Safety Aspects
- Ensure compliance with all transportation safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor escort allocation for female employees during night operations.
- Ensure routing complies with first pickup and last drop safety requirements.
- Review routing outputs to eliminate single female traveller scenarios and other safety deviations.
- Monitor and act on security dashboard alerts related to:
- Vehicle over-speeding
- Geo-fence violations
- SOS alerts
- Vehicle stoppage alerts
- Device connectivity issues
- Ensure all routing changes and operational deviations are documented and reported.
- Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
Operational Excellence & Reporting
- Publish daily, weekly, and monthly routing performance reports.
- Track and report route efficiencies, vehicle utilization, clubbing opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Analyze travel time trends and recommend routing improvements.
- Monitor transportation demand patterns and forecast vehicle requirements.
- Maintain routing records, audit documentation, and compliance data.
- Review route validation reports and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Prepare MIS dashboards and performance metrics for management review.
Team Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead and mentor routing executives and senior executives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Coordinate with transport managers, client stakeholders, and vendors to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, audit requirements, and process controls.
- Support new project implementations, UAT activities, and transportation technology enhancements.
- Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence within the routing team.

- Experience with transportation management systems and routing tools such as MoveInSync or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of transportation safety compliance and operational governance.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and convert insights into operational improvements.
