The DoubleTree by Hilton Colorado Springs is hiring a Human Resources Assistant-Culture Builder. The Human Resources Assistant with a culture focus combines traditional HR administrative duties with an emphasis on shaping and supporting a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture. · Administrative HR tasks: maintaining employee records, processing onboarding/offboarding, and supporting training efforts and compliance. ·

Culture-related activities: coordinating employee engagement programs, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and supporting team-building or recognition events. · Data collection and reporting support: Affirmative Action reporting and any other reports that may be required. · Recruitment and onboarding support: aiding in hiring processes and ensuring new hires are integrated into the company’s culture from day one.
