JOB SUMMARY
The Account Executive, SMB will drive new business growth for Keka across the Philippines' small and mid-sized business segment, running a high-velocity sales cycle from first conversation to closed deal. This role is key to expanding Keka's footprint in the Philippine market and suits someone energized by volume, speed, and consistently hitting targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and generate new SMB business opportunities across the Philippines
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, product demonstration, negotiation, and closure
- Engage HR leaders, founders, and business owners at small and mid-sized companies
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations of Keka's products
- Build and maintain a healthy, accurately forecasted pipeline in the CRM
- Manage a high volume of deals in parallel while maintaining strong follow-up discipline
- Collaborate with Presales, Product, and Customer Success to shape winning proposals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly SMB revenue targets
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS or HRTech sales
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable managing a high volume of leads and a fast sales cycle
- Experience selling into the Philippines or wider Southeast Asian market preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes
- Self starter, comfortable operating independently in a newer market
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
