Job Description:

We are looking for someone to help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by taking on Team Leader responsibilities. You'll be part of that team. What will you do every day?

• Manage the daily operations of the team under your responsibility (workstation assignments, rotations, task follow-up, etc.).
• Communicate work instructions, safety guidelines, workplace safety requirements, procedures, department meetings, and more.
• Coach and train team members.
• Plan daily resources (including holiday periods), make adjustments, and execute plans.
• Manage daily collections backlogs and the corresponding team (walk-in customers).

What are we looking for?

• We are looking for someone who is flexible, analytical, enjoys solving problems, and is comfortable making decisions.
• Vocational/professional education is required. A university degree will be considered an asset.
• Previous team management experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
• Schedule flexibility. Working hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
• Intermediate level of English is required. Knowledge of Spanish will be considered an asset.
• Fluency in Portuguese is required.
• Previous experience in Logistics, Warehousing, and Transportation is preferred.
• Availability to travel.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
