Position:             BMS, Commissioning

Location:            Bangalore  

            Qualification

• Years of Exp: 6-8 Years

• Education: B.E. /B. Tech (Electrical& Electronics / Instruments)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Commissioning activity and technical disciplines that projects involve.

• Coordinate and complete the assigned commissioning work at the project site.

• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.

• Interact with the clients/consultants to interpret their requirements and provide the optimized solution.

• Perform overall quality control of the work and report regularly on project status.

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.

• Review commissioning deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

Qualification / Experience

• Good knowledge of the commissioning of BMS system (Building Management System) THIS IS MANDATORY. Having fair domain knowledge of HVAC systems like AHU, VAV, Chiller plant, etc is desirable.
  Having good knowledge of BMS communication protocols BACNet, Modbus, LON, MBUS, etc is a must.

• Having good knowledge in application programming e.g Logic diagram, FBD, etc is a must.

• Having hands-on experience in BMS commissioning, Logic/graphics preparation, etc is a must.

• In-depth Knowledge of databases like Derby, MYSQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, etc is desirable.

• Knowledge of digital technology like IoT, cloud computing, analytics applications, etc, is desirable.

• Understand the customer requirements and provide the appropriate solution within the system offered.

• Proven working experience as a Commissioning Engineer

• Advanced MS Office skills

• Familiarity with ASHRAE standards, best practices, and performance standards.

• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects and ready to travel for commissioning activities.

Having hands-on experience in ALC and Tridium products
