About the Role:
The Integration Engineer works with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions. The role provides consultative support for system integration initiatives, contributes to transformation and customer journey improvements, and ensures business and technical requirements are accurately reflected in delivered solutions. The position also collaborates with stakeholders to align functional and application designs with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an SME, collaborating with and managing the team to deliver project objectives.
- Take responsibility for team-level decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to technical and business problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to strengthen team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address potential challenges.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize integration strategies and outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Utilities, ERP, SCM, Asset Management, or Inventory Management.
- 5 years of integration design experience with Oracle Utilities products, including WACS, CCS, CCB, MDM, and OFS.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles and best practices.
- Experience designing and implementing business and technology solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications
Good to Have Qualifications:
- Good to have experience with Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) SPL and Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management.
- Familiarity with cloud-based utility management platforms in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integration architecture.
