  • Coordinate with assigned IASS personnel and shared SMEs while retaining clear system-level accountability.
  • Validate response accuracy, evidence references, security markings, consistency, and completeness before release.
  • Track requests, dependencies, review status, delivery, and follow-up actions in approved workflows.
  • Escalate conflicting deadlines, incomplete evidence, material risks, and requests beyond authorized scope.
  • Return system changes and findings to the responsible IASS and RMF Lead for authoritative record updates.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship and a final Secret clearance or higher
  • Relevant degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline, subject to the LCAT and permitted substitutions.
  • Senior-level Federal RMF, audit-response, compliance-reporting, or cybersecurity operations experience with time-sensitive stakeholder requests.
  • Broad knowledge of authorization artifacts, POA&Ms, vulnerability data, SIA, FISMA, and evidence handling.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and produce concise, accurate technical and executive responses.
  • Availability to support urgent mission requirements outside normal hours when assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CGRC, CISSP, CISA, or CISM.
  • DOS/CST audit and data-call experience, including HVA, BOD, OMB, OIG, and CDM requests.
  • Familiarity with ArchAngel, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and approved response-routing workflows.

Success in this position will be demonstrated by timely, accurate urgent responses; clear request ownership; prompt escalation; and minimal disruption to scheduled authorization activities.
