We’re Hiring: Accounts Payable Specialist (Chinese Speaking)
About the Role:
Addiction Foods is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with at least 3 years of accounts payable experience in a manufacturing company, hands-on SAP knowledge, and familiarity with AI tools to support accurate payment processing and improve finance workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices and verify supporting documents, approvals, and account coding.
- Match invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts.
- Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely, accurate supplier payments.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.
- Maintain accounts payable records in SAP and support month-end closing, accruals, and audits.
- Use AI and digital tools to improve reporting, document handling, and routine processes while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a manufacturing company.
- Practical knowledge of SAP, particularly accounts payable and purchasing transactions.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application to finance tasks and process improvement.
- Good understanding of invoice matching, supplier reconciliations, payment controls, and month-end procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
