BIM Coordinator | Revit & 3D Coordination

Lead BIM coordination across design projects, keeping Revit models healthy, improving documentation workflows, and helping project teams use BIM tools more effectively. You’ll also create standardized content, support ACC workflows, and provide technical guidance that helps teams work more efficiently.

You’ll join a globally recognized design firm working across hospitality, resorts, residential, and mixed-use projects, with opportunities for international exposure and collaboration with experienced professionals across architecture, planning, and landscape design.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate BIM efforts across projects
• Develop document control workflows and BIM standards
• Create and maintain Revit families, templates, and content libraries
• Train and support staff in Revit and related software
• Monitor Revit models for health, performance, and compliance
• Support ACC workflows and the broader AEC technology ecosystem

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of experience with BIM tools in architecture or engineering
• 3+ years of professional Revit experience
• Strong knowledge of design and drawing production
• Proven 3D coordination skills
• Experience in a BIM/VDC Coordinator role
• Teaching or training experience with BIM tools

Preferred

• Knowledge of Rhino, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Dynamo, and Grasshopper
• Familiarity with Power BI or other data analytics tools
