Your responsibilities :

• Manage the Supply Chain department (Production Planning, Supply Chain Processes, Sourcing & Supply, and Internal/External Logistics).

• Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders and maintain the availability of stock items.

• Drive operational performance through Group Supply Chain KPIs (Service Level, inventory levels, inventory depreciation, etc.).

• Implement the necessary actions to improve processes and achieve objectives.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, other Division sites, and the Group Logistics team based in Kempten.

• Coordinate and align Supply Chain processes with the other HMS Division sites (Como and Lyon).

Your profile :

• You are able to manage and coordinate a broad scope of activities.

• You have experience in Supply Chain or a strong interest in Supply Chain Management.

• You perform well under pressure and possess strong communication skills.

• You enjoy teamwork while also being able to work independently.

• You demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• You are fluent in French and English. Knowledge of German is considered an asset.
