CDL-A Team Truck Drivers | $88,000 – $104,000+ Annual Average
- Guaranteed Earnings & Pay Structure
- Weekly Take-Home: Earn $1,700+ weekly ($88k–$104k+/year), with top-performing teams clearing $2,000+ per week.
- Split CPM Scale: Experience-based pay scaling from $0.38 to $0.41 per mile.
- Accessorial Pay: Earn $15 per stop (after the first stop) on top of massive weekly mileage.
- The Route & Mileage
- Freight Type: 100% no-touch refrigerated freight with live unloads at retail locations.
- High Mileage: Consistent 4,500 average weekly miles (approx. 6 loads per week).
- Operating Area: Running regional routes across Texas, Arkansas, and Memphis, TN.
- Tractors: Clean, modern Freightliners and Kenworths.
- Home Time & Schedule Options
- Flexible Home Time: Choose the rotation that fits your team: 6/1, 12/2, or 25/3 days off.
- Shift Flow: Early morning deliveries and night pickups; availability required for nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Driver Requirements & Screening
- Experience: Requires at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.
- Screening: Must pass DOT screening (hair follicle and urine tests).
- Skills: Excellent safety mindset, patience, and attention to cargo securement.
